Job Responsibilities
Greet and assist guests
Schedule and manage appointments
Collect and document payment transactions
Identify customer needs and describe service benefits
Maintain welcome area cleanliness and organization
Photograph salon environment and nail artists' designs
Other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
18 years old or older
Morning and some weekend availability
Strong interpersonal, verbal, and cross-cultural communication
Ability to multi-task and utilize efficient decision making
Customer service experience preferred
Experienced with computer software applications (Google Chrome, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel)
